EQUIPMENT TRAINING SERVICES
CORE Petro Products Ltd. provides a comprehensive training program on the equipment it manufactures to the end users / equipment operators. CORE’s training courses are an effective solution to problems such as operator’s lack of understanding, unfamiliarity with the equipment or incorrect execution of a task. The equipment training enables the operators to successfully operate the equipment from the very first time it is put in use.
Where possible, CORE offers complete hands-on training programs which allows the trainees to operate the equipment as they are designed to do in the oilfield.
At CORE Petro Products Ltd. every equipment is fully endurance tested and all components are closely monitored during testing. Any abnormalities are corrected and the units are then further tested by operating them as they are intended to do so in the oilfield. As an example, once the endurance testing of the 100 barrel capacity cement batch mixing units were completed, then all aspects of the units were tested by mixing Class G cement up to its max density to ensure proper functioning of all the components.
CORE provides on-site installation supervision and training services on products such a bulk cement plants after shipping/delivery of the equipment to the end destination.
Further to equipment testing, training, and on-site installation, at the request of the clients, CORE commissions all its equipment in the presence of either the third party internationally recognized inspectors at the manufacturing plant or at the client’s location in the presence of the client’s own engineers/inspectors.

Some of these value-added services are facilitating third party inspection services, proper packaging of our equipment or products with certified packing materials that are suitable for air or sea freights, facilitating international freight services including door-to-door equipment delivery, and cargo insurance. These services are provided to customers virtually on every project.
